You create a table. Set the table to be 600 pixels wide. Set the table to be flush right. Set the cell vertical format to "top" so the buttons and text move to the top of the columns. Then you can just type in this cell (you can't see the table lines because I have set the table border to zero "0"). Now you see you have a very cool looking page, with nothing running into the left border.

I've bold-faced the type for a more dramatic effect and used the font face "Arial" to better match the buttons. This font face is on MOST computers--so it will show up for most people.

To copy the background just set your cursor on the black area and right click until you get a little menu. Choose "Save Background As" and save it to your harddrive. Then you can use it in your page and upload it to your own server.

Right-click on each button to save each one separately to your harddrive, then add them to your page and upload them to your own server.
