I used a table to keep the text and buttons out of the border. If you need help learning how to do this let me know! I'll also put up a tutorial soon. To copy background put your mouse on the background, right-click, choose "Save Background As" and save it to your hard drive. To save buttons, right-click on button and choose "Save Image As" and save to your hard drive.
