This border features a red lory, pacific parrotlet, blue masked lovebird, black palm cockatoo, and a cordon bleu finch.  Here are some buttons that will go nicely with it.

To copy the background, just make sure your cursor is over it, then right-click. The menu appears, you click on "Save Background As" and save it to your hard drive. Then you can choose that image as your background image when you create a web page.

To copy the buttons, put your cursor over each button, right-click, choose "Save Image As" and save to your hard drive.

So the text doesn't fall into the border, I put a table on a page with a border. I format it to be 575 pixels wide and for it to sit flush right. It is always a good idea to format your pages with a 575-pixel table as it will then look the way you want it to look no matter what kind of monitor someone has.
